Samsung Galaxy M31 appeared in Geekbench: Exynos 9611 processor and 6 GB of RAM

Back in the summer, insiders wrote that in 2020 Samsung would expand its Galaxy M line with new smartphones

with units at the end of the names. And this information is confirmed: information about the Galaxy M31 model has appeared in the Geekbench database.

What is known

The smartphone is numbered SM-M315F and will be the successor to the Galaxy M30 (pictured) and Galaxy M30s.

According to data from Geekbench, the Galaxy M31 will receive an Exynos 9611 processor with 8 ARM Cortex-A73 and ARM Cortex-A53 cores with clock frequencies of up to 2.3 GHz and 1.7 GHz. The amount of RAM is 6 GB.

Out of the box it will run Android 10 operating system.

In the single-core test, the Galaxy M31 showed a result of 348 points, in the multi-core test - 1214.

Most likely, like the Galaxy M30, the new product will occupy a place in the budget segment. You can also count on a large battery, an Infinity-U or Infinity-O display, and multiple cameras.

An official announcement is expected early next year.
