The base Note 10 has a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLEDdisplay (2280x1080), the Note 10+ has a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display (3040x1440), which makes it the Note series smartphone with the largest screen diagonal. Both screens are covered with Gorilla Glass 6 protection and have an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

Both models have a new processor installed insideExynos 9825, which was presented just today. In some countries it will be replaced by Snapdragon 855+. By the way, this is the first time that Galaxy S and Galaxy Note representatives have different chips.
8 GB of RAM for the Note 10 and 12 GB for the Note 10+, storage capacity is 256 GB, but it can be increased using a microSD memory card up to 1 TB (Note 10+ only).
The younger model received a battery with a capacity of 3500 mAh, the older one - 4300 mAh. Both received reverse charging, like the Galaxy S10, which means they can charge smart watches, headphones and other gadgets.

The kit includes fast wireless charging (12watts for the Note 10 and 15 watts for the Note 10+) and 25 watt fast charging. For the older model, you can still buy ultra-fast charging with a power of 45 W: 30 minutes at the outlet - and your smartphone will work for the whole day.

There is also a cooling system installed inside with a heat pipe only 0.35 mm thick.
Under-screen fingerprint scanner, NFC available,AKG stereo speakers and IP68 protection against moisture and dust. But the 3.5 mm jack had to be sacrificed. Out of the box, smartphones will receive Android Pie OS with the proprietary One UI shell.
Camera
Both have a single front camera10-megapixel, but they also added a night mode. The Galaxy Note 10 has a triple main camera: a 12 MP sensor (aperture from f/1.5 to f/2.4), a 12 MP telephoto lens (f/2.1) and a 16 MP wide-angle module (f/2.2) with a viewing angle of up to 123 degrees. Galaxy Note 10+ also received a fourth ToF camera.
The camera supports HDR10+, 4K video recording60fps, HD 960fps and 2x optical zoom. You can also add various effects right when shooting, and then edit the resulting pictures and videos.

S Pen
An integral part of the Galaxy Note series isbranded S Pen stylus. Its functions have also increased over the year. They can still activate the camera, change tracks and take a photo using Bluetooth. But now you don’t even need to move the stylus across the screen: Galaxy Note 10 recognizes S Pen movements at a distance of up to 10 meters. As a result, you can use gestures to select photo modes, zoom in or out on portraits, and adjust the camera settings.

In addition, the smartphone recognizes text written on the screen using a stylus, turns it into printed text and converts it into a PDF or World document.
To charge the S Pen, you just need to return it to the Galaxy Note 10.

When and why to wait
Sales of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ will start on August 23, but you can pre-order starting today.
The younger model was priced at $945 (last year's Galaxy Note 9 was even more expensive), the older one at $1,099. There will also be a version of the Galaxy Note 10+ with 5G: $1,299 for a configuration with 256 GB of memory and $1,399 for 512 GB of ROM.
