Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite: almost flagship with Snapdragon 855, triple camera and weird design for € 649

There have been many rumors and leaks about the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite smartphone, but the manufacturer itself has remained silent for a long time.

The official announcement was expected at CES.However, today Samsung unexpectedly unveiled both the Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite. As planned, these are “light” versions of flagships, but in fact, in some characteristics they even outperform the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10.

Design

The Galaxy S10 Lite has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with Full HD+ resolution (2400x1080 pixels).

In the center there is a round hole cut into the screen for the front camera - like the Galaxy Note 10 family.

But the design of the main camera is controversial:These are three modules located in a rectangular block. All three sensors are located on the left, with the flash on the right. This, of course, is not ideal, but there is nothing terrible in such a design.

Dimensions of the smartphone are 75.6 x 162.5 x 8.1 mm, weight - 186 g. Under-screen fingerprint scanner.

There are black, white and blue colors to choose from.

What's inside

The Galaxy S10 Lite received a Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with 6/8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage with support for memory cards up to 1 TB. The slot is hybrid.

The new product has a fairly capacious battery - 4500 mAh,One charge is enough for 14 hours of talk time and 18 hours of video playback. The kit comes with 25W fast charging, which fully charges the battery in 95 minutes.

Cameras

The front camera here is 32 megapixel (F2.2).The main camera, as mentioned above, is triple: a main 48 MP wide-angle (F2.0), an ultra-wide-angle 12 MP (F2.2) and a 5 MP macro (F2.4). There is a Super Steady OIS optical image stabilization system.

Price

Galaxy S10 Lite costs €649.In Russia, the smartphone will go on sale in mid-January with a price tag of 44,990 rubles. This means that the start of sales in Ukraine will not be delayed, but so far there is no information about the release of the new product on the Ukrainian market.
