It looks like only the Galaxy S21 Ultra will differ in camera design.

Galaxy S21+ is expected to have a flat screenand will retain the 6.7-inch diagonal of the Galaxy S20+. But it will be a little shorter, wider and thicker: its dimensions are 161.5 x 75.6 x 7.85 mm. According to rumors, the frames will be thinner, but the front camera will be located in the same circular cutout in the center.

In addition, the Galaxy S21+ is credited with a 4800 mAh battery, which is larger than the Galaxy S20+ (it has 4500 mAh).
