Samsung Galaxy S22 flagships can get 65W fast charging. But hardly included

Samsung is one of the leaders in the smartphone market in terms of innovation and technology, but perhaps

the only thing in which she is significantly behindfrom Chinese competitors is charging speed. While others are actively developing technologies with a power of up to 200 W, the current Galaxy S21 flagships only support 25 W charging. But it looks like the situation will change next year.

What to expect?

Back in January, Samsung certified fast65W charger. It was expected that the new Galaxy Note 21 line would receive it, but it won’t happen this year. As, indeed, other devices with support for such high-speed charging.

But several insiders immediately write that thisSamsung is saving the charger for the Galaxy S22 flagships, which will debut in early 2022. According to the leaks, the 65W Samsung Fast Charger device is currently in the testing stage.

Moreover, it is expected that all models in the line will receive support for 65-watt charging, and it looks like there will be three of them: the basic Samsung S22, the Galaxy S22 Plus and the top-end Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Most likely, there will not be a corresponding adapterincluded in the kit and will have to be purchased separately. Given current prices - 35 euros for a 25-watt charger and 40 euros for a 45-watt charger - you can assume that a new charger will cost around 50 euros.
