Whether it will be possible to receive 200-megapixel images is not specified.

Note that today the norm for the Galaxy S22 Ultrais a 108 MP camera with 9-in-1 binning up to the same 12 MP. Such a solution in theory makes it possible to achieve imitation of huge pixels and greater light capture, which affects the quality of images in difficult lighting conditions. Samsung HP1 sensor in Xiaomi 12T Pro produces 2.56 microns in 12 MP mode, HP2 should have a physical size of 0.6 microns, that is, this figure will be slightly smaller, which means it will lose to 50 MP GN options with larger physical pixel sizes. How Samsung will promote its new developments remains to be seen early next year.
