Samsung has announced a new software update for the Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5 series smartwatches, as well as TWS headphones
What is known
The new software version will improve the camera experienceon the connected smartphone. For example, Galaxy Buds 2 Pro will receive support for 360 Audio Recording technology. With it, headphones will be able to record surround sound and then add it to a video on a smartphone. To operate the technology, two microphones will be used, as well as a Bluetooth LE Audio module.
As for the smart watches Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5, with the update they will receive the ability to control the camera zoom on a smartphone.
When to expect
The new version of the software will be released for devices on February 1st. On the same day, the presentation of Galaxy Unpacked will take place, at which the flagship Galaxy S23 and other new products will be shown.
