Samsung Galaxy Z Flip exclusive feature coming soon on other Android smartphones

Yesterday, Samsung introduced the new foldable smartphone Galaxy Z Flip. Over one of its functions the manufacturer

worked with Google, and it will soon appear on other Android devices.

What is it

Samsung calls this Flex mode. Simply put, this is the ability to split a large screen into two halves.

For example, in the top part you can watch a video on YouTube, in the other you can write a comment. Or turn on Google Duo video chat in one half, and manage calls in the other.

Now Google representatives say that thisThe mode will not remain exclusive to the Galaxy Z Flip; other gadgets running Android OS will soon receive the new feature. Flex mode is especially useful for other clamshells.

By the way, the idea is not new: Nintendo previously used split-screen in its Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS consoles.
