The company said that the new memory modules will use MSAP technology. It allows DRAM manufacturers to create memory modules with thinner circuits.
Samsung expects DDR6 design to be ready for2024, but commercial use will not begin until 2025. In terms of specifications, DDR6 memory will be twice as fast as existing DDR5, with transfer rates up to 12,800 Mbps. It can be overclocked up to 17,000 Mbps.
