The information was shared by a source familiar with the company’s plans. The new product, according to the leak, will be announced this month. Preliminarily, the presentation will take place in India on November 15.
The device will be called Galaxy M40s or Galaxy M50. Given that the current model runs on a Snapdragon 675 chip, the new product will receive a more powerful SoC Snapdragon 700th series. According to rumors, we are talking about the Snapdragon 712 chip. In addition, the device should also be equipped with a voluminous battery, a cut-out AMOLED display and an NFC chip for contactless payments.
The price tag of the device will be about 300 US dollars.
