Samsung resumes update Galaxy S20 FE to One UI 3.1

Not long ago, Samsung released an update for the Galaxy S20 FE smartphones with a new version of the proprietary shell

One UI 3.1, but stopped rolling it out a few days later. Now the firmware is again available to owners of the Galaxy S20 FE.

What happened

This re-release is given the same numberOne UI 3.1 builds are the same as before. Therefore, most likely, the pause was not associated with any errors or bugs in the assembly. The update weighs about 1.7 GB, so it's best to make sure you have enough space and charge your smartphone before downloading.

Perhaps the update was suspended in order to update more premium devices. For example, recently the flagships Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Note 20 began receiving One UI 3.1.

In any case, the update is currently only available for the Galaxy S20 FE with 5G support, but it will probably soon appear for LTE versions as well.
