During the presentation, Samsung representativesit was said that Neon could be used in finance, healthcare, retail and television. But bank employees were the first to set their eyes on him. Thus, Samsung announced a partnership with the South Korean financial company Shinhan Bank. Now Neon works in one of the bank branches as a personal teller and financial advisor for clients.
The Shinhan Bank Innovation Center haslarge Neon Frame screen with 4K resolution, RGB backlighting, Hi-Fi speakers and microphones, and a fingerprint reader. In addition, the device can be equipped with additional security measures such as card readers, contactless payments and much more.
“Artificial person” Neon is created using AI and repeats the conversation, gestures and facial expressions of a real person.
