South Korean tech giant Samsung has unveiled a new laptop with a 360-degree flip-up lid.
What is known
The presentation of the original Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 took place back in February. The laptop received a mobile Intel processor. The novelty has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 single-chip system.
Chip is the first solution thatIt is focused on laptops with the Windows-on-ARM operating system and is performed according to the norms of a 5-nanometer process technology. Compared to Gen 2, multi-threaded performance is increased by 85%, graphics performance by 60%, and neural chip performance by up to 29 trillion operations per second.
Like the February model, the Samsung Galaxy Book2The Pro 360 received a 13.3” display based on an AMOLED panel. The mass of the device is just over 1 kg, and the thickness of the case is 11.5 mm. The manufacturer claims support for the proprietary S Pen stylus.
One of the strengths of a laptop is time.work without recharging - 35 hours versus 21 hours compared to the version on Intel. Here we are talking about the video playback mode. The novelty also received support for 5G networks and a Wi-Fi 6E adapter.
Price and when to wait
Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 presented in SouthKorea and will be available with Windows 11 preinstalled starting January 16, 2023. The cost of the laptop was $1500. The price and terms of entering the global market will be announced later.
