Samsung was sued over defective Galaxy S20: was the company aware of the problem and was silent?

Owners of Samsung smartphones from the United States have filed a class action lawsuit against the company due to what they claim are defective

flagships Galaxy S20.

What's wrong?

The problem lies in the main camera, or ratherin the glass with which it is covered. For some users, this glass broke or became cracked over time, and the gadget was not dropped, not beaten, and sometimes it was even in a case.

This happens with all models in the family:Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra and Galaxy S20 FE. The lawsuit states that the glass cracks and shatters due to increased internal pressure.

As a result, Samsung was accused of hiding a widespread defect and of fraud. Lawyers said the manufacturer knew about the problem but did nothing.

And the outrage of users is not surprising. After all, the warranty does not cover glass repairs, so I had to pay $400 from my own wallet.
