Samsung's new folding smartphone will be called the Galaxy Z Flip

In just a month, Samsung will unveil its new foldable smartphone. Conventionally, it was called Galaxy Fold 2, however

in fact, the gadget will receive a different name.

Galaxy Z Flip?

Insider Ice Universe reported today thatthe new product will be called Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. But the name Galaxy Bloom, under which the smartphone was presented at a closed meeting at CES 2020, is just a working name.

Ice Universe showed a poster with the name of the device, but did not provide any more details.

According to rumors, the Galaxy Z Flip will have the shape“clamshells” and will receive a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor (so that the smartphone is not too expensive), a large flexible display, as well as a small screen that will display useful information when the smartphone is folded. Instead of a plastic protective covering for the display, there will be a glass one.

Let us remind you that the Galaxy Z Flip will be presented along with the flagships of the Galaxy S20 family at the Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event on February 11.
