Scientist has created a cup holder that enhances the taste of the drink

While traveling to European countries, a student at the University of Tokyo, Masaharu Hirose, noticed that

Together with your university teachera Japanese student created a cup holder with a special electric motor and load. As it moves, it changes the center of gravity of the cup holder. As a result, the entire structure is read by the brain as heavier or lighter.

Experiments with volunteers, which scientists carried out with the help of the prototype, showed that people prefer to drink drinks from heavy dishes. 

The new development will be presented at the virtual conference Siggraph 2021, which will be held in mid-August.
