Scientists called saving from early death products

Japanese scientists have said that some foods can save you from early death. We are talking about fermented

soy products, which are quite popular in Japan.

The researchers acknowledged, however, that the results of the work should be interpreted with caution, as they could be influenced by unaccounted factors.

The study included 42,750 men and 50,165women aged 45 to 74 years. They talked about their eating habits and health status. The study lasted almost 15 years. During this time, some volunteers passed away.

Scientists have discovered a correlation between consumptionfermented soy and the likelihood of premature death. Its risk was reduced to 10%. Fermented soy products include, for example, natto and miso.
