As part of the study, scientists analyzedabout 17 works of colleagues, which were based on data from 886 participants. It turned out that the administration of quercetin had a positive effect on blood pressure, significantly reducing it. Quercetin is a plant pigment that many plants and products are rich in, including onions, apples, tea and others.
According to scientists, with heart failure, quercetin is able to reduce cardiovascular risk by 50%, by 35-40% with a stroke, and also by about 20-25% with myocardial infarction.
