Scientists tell how to drink coffee to help burn fat

Scientists from the Department of Physiology of the University of Granada found that drinking strong coffee within half an hour

before sports exercises helps burn fat.

The purpose of the new study of scientists was to find outwhether caffeine actually enhances fat oxidation or "burning". during training. Although its use in supplement form is very common, there is little scientific evidence for its benefits.

15 men participated in the study. They exercised and took caffeine or a placebo at 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Research has shown that taking caffeine 30 minutes before an aerobic exercise can help increase fat burning. Moreover, with exercises in the afternoon, the effect was higher.
