What is known
The smartphone is equipped with a Pro IGZO OLED display withrefresh rate of 240 Hz. Although it should be noted that the full frame rate is 120 Hz, and 240 Hz is achieved by displaying a black frame after each frame. The screen has a diagonal of 6.6” and a resolution of 2730 x 1260 pixels.

Sharp Aquos R8 Pro received a mobile processorSnapdragon 8 Gen 2 up to 3.2GHz with Adreno 740 graphics. 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage.
One of the features of the flagship was the maincamera. It is based on a 1” optical format sensor with an unusual resolution of 47.3 MP. The pixel size is 1.6 µm. There is no optical image stabilization. Also note the presence of a 14-channel color temperature sensor.

Sharp Aquos R8 Pro has a front 12.6 MPcamera, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, headphone jack and ultrasonic fingerprint scanner Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max. The battery capacity is 5000 mAh. The smartphone received support for wireless charging according to the Qi standard. The water protection of the housing complies with the IP68 standard.
Price and when to wait
Buy Sharp Aquos R8 Pro will be available in July this year. The smartphone will enter the market with a pre-installed Android 13 operating system. The cost of the flagship has not yet been specified.
