Sharp decided to keep up with competitors and showed a prototype of the future at an event in Japan
What is known
The device is like a "clamshell." It has a 6.18-inch display with an AMOLED matrix, a resolution of 3040 × 1440 pixels and a notch on top. According to representatives of the company, the screen is able to withstand about 300 thousand bends, so there’s no need to worry about its durability. In the video below, the device is shown folded inward, but it can also fold out.
Unfortunately, other details about the smartphone were not reported, as well as the date of the announcement. We can only assume that it will be released in the future, as one of the devices in the Sharp Aquos line.
