A high score means the user is ready for an intense workout, and a low score means the user is tired. The new metric will only be available with a Fitbit Premium subscription. By the way, the Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 3, Fitbit Versa 2 and Fitbit Luxe bracelets also received this innovation.
