Smartphones line Samsung Galaxy A in 2020 will receive cameras with a resolution of up to 108 megapixels

Next year, Samsung is preparing new smartphones of the popular Galaxy A line. And insiders have already got it

detailed information about which cameras will receive the latest.

What to expect

First, the numbering of smartphones will change in 2020: now a unit will be added at the end of the name. For example, not A20, A30, etc., but A21, A31.

Secondly, the manufacturer will thoroughly work on cameras: there will be at least three, and older models will have four.

The basic design consists of three camera modules: primary, secondary (with a wide-angle lens) and auxiliary (for depth analysis). Such cameras will receive the Galaxy A21, A31 and A41.

The “middle peasants” will also add the fourth module with a resolution of 10 or 12 megapixels with a telephoto lens and a double optical zoom. Such cameras will be in the Galaxy A51 and A61.

Galaxy A71, A81 and A91 will replace the fourth moduleToF camera. In addition, the resolution of the main sensor will increase: 48 megapixels in the Galaxy A71, 64 megapixels in the Galaxy A81 and 108 megapixels in the Galaxy A91. That is, the 108-megapixel ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor, which debuted this week, will receive the Samsung Galaxy A91.

In addition, the two older models for the first time for this line will receive a five-time telephoto lens.
