Qualcomm announced its new processors during the Snapdragon Tech Summit 2019 event: Snapdragon 865 and Snapdragon 765/765G.
What is known
Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 has a built-in modemSnapdragon X55 for 4G and 5G networks. It supports standalone and non-standalone network architectures (SA/NSA), as well as mmWave and sub-6GHz networks. Snapdragon 765 and 765G, in turn, are also equipped with an integrated 5G modem, but which one has not yet been announced. Unfortunately, there is no other information about the processors either. Qualcomm promised to talk about the chipsets in the coming days.

When to expect
Android smartphones based on Snapdragon 865 andSnapdragon 765/765G will hit the market in early 2020. Companies such as HMD Global, LG, Motorola, OPPO, Realme, Redmi and Vivo have already confirmed that they will use them in their devices.
Updated:As it turns out, the Snapdragon X55 modem is not built into the Snapdragon 865 processor. It will be shipped separately.
So the Snapdragon 865 does not have an integrated5G modem. In fact it supposedly doesn't have any modem at all. Which is very odd, as I believe QC has versions with integrated modems including 5G internally, as was visible during development over the last months. Very odd.
