Sony FX30 is a 26MP 4K@60FPS Mirrorless Camera for $1,800

Sony has expanded its FX Cinema Line series with a new model.It's called the Sony FX30 and it's designed for recording

High-resolution video.

What is known

The Sony FX30 is a mirrorless camera equipped withAPS-C format EXMOR R sensor. The resolution is 26 MP. The camera can record video in 4K ULTRA HD at 60 FPS (h.264/265, 10bit, 4:2:2) or Full HD at up to 240 FPS. Support for 4K ULTRA HD at 120 FPS is also announced, but with a 1.62x crop.

The Japanese manufacturer claims that the camera haswide dynamic range, 496 focus points and offers users the Sony S-Cinetone profile, which produces natural tones. ISO range is 100-32,000.

The novelty cannot continuously shoot photos,It doesn't have the uncompressed RAW format and mechanical shutter that the FX3 boasts. But the lack of such features has a positive impact on the cost. The price of the Sony FX30 was $1800. For an additional $400, you can buy a kit with an XLR microphone holder.
