SpaceX has made over 1,000 changes to its Starship spacecraft and plans to make a second orbital flight attempt before the end of the summer.

In April, prototypes of the Starship spacecraft and Super Heavy rocket exploded during the first attempt to

test orbital flight. A second attempt could be made before the end of summer.

SpaceX specialists have made more than 1000 changes to the design of the spacecraft. The head of the aerospace company, Elon Musk, believes that Starship has about a 60% chance of success.

A few months ago he said thatthe spaceship has a 50% chance of crashing. And so it happened. At an altitude of about 40 km, the rocket system entered an uncontrolled rotation and exploded.

According to Musk, the success of the second attempt will be inlargely depend on how well the company's specialists cope with the separation of steps. SpaceX is expected to make a second attempt to send Starship into space in about six weeks.
