SpaceX launches spy satellite

SpaceX launched a secret American spy satellite into space for the National Reconnaissance Office

Control Operations (NRO) is the rocket's 26th launch this year. The payload, called NROL-108, launched from Pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.

A two-stage Falcon 9 rocket thatused for the second time, launched a spy satellite into orbit as part of a government mission called NROL-108. Rescue vessel GO Ms. Tree now has to fish out the rocket fairing flaps from the Atlantic Ocean, which have landed on Earth by parachutes.

Today's flight marks the fifth Falcon-9 launch in2020 year. The launch vehicle previously performed two commercial cargo flights to the International Space Station (ISS) for NASA, and earlier this year delivered another batch of SpaceX Starlink satellites into orbit.

The company does not disclose the content of usefulmission cargo. All that is known about her is that this flight did not go through the US National Security Space Force Launch Program. This means that the military may not disclose the contents of the Falcon-9 to the public.
