From the moment the game was launched, players constantly complained about poor connectivity while playing over the Internet, which caused various bugs and crashes in the game.

Data transfer between players has now been improved so that, according to the update notes, data will now transfer 0.05 seconds faster than before.

"These enhancements cannot fully compensate for slow or unreliable internet connections," the update notes in its description of the update.

Also with version 1.2.0 came a number of new improvements and fixes. Here is some of them:

• Fizzy Bomb now takes longer to recharge.
• Flingza Roller, Sloshing Machine and REEF-LUX 450 require more points to activate special actions.
• Other improvements include reduced time to find partners in certain modes, reduced combat latency, and minor quality-of-life changes to the forehead.

Also many bug fixes to player controls, multiplayer battles, Salmon Run, Story Mode, etc.
