The researchers collected comments evenly across the country, taking into account population density and internet penetration.

Are Russians ready to be vaccinated against COVID-19 with the help of the Russian vaccine:

  • 207,100 people are going to be vaccinated.
  • They won't do it without giving a reason - 146,000.
  • Refuse to get vaccinated because of stereotypes (chips / 5G / conspiracies) - 143,100.
  • They do not trust the quality of the Russian vaccine - 116,700.
  • 114,900 are afraid of side effects .
  • They will wait for the vaccine from China - 78,800.
  • 72,300 have already been ill and have antibodies .
  • They plan to be vaccinated to travel - 44,400.

Regional discrepancies can also be serious. In large cities, most users are willing to get vaccinated just because they can travel. Chipping is mainly feared in Irkutsk, Khabarovsk and Arkhangelsk. And the American vaccine is expected in Moscow.

Nevertheless, for example, in St. Petersburg the majority of users are going to get vaccinated, while in Moscow they are not, without explanation.
