Study: almost every second Internet user has become a victim of personal data leakage

Moreover, statistics show thatalmost every fourth (25%) respondent found himself in a similar situation more than once. Most often, experts say, names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses get into the public domain.

It is also interesting to note that all the same 25% faced an increase in spam calls. And 15.5% announced that they had a subscription to services that were not issued by them.

Survey respondents reported increasedcases of spam calls and mailings, which indicates the need to be especially careful in such situations. Unfortunately, users themselves are often reluctant to follow additional security measures. In any case, insurance products come to the rescue, for example, insurance of bank cards with protection, including against fraudulent actions of third parties, for example, cases of unauthorized access to the bank card holder's account.
