Research: Apple gadgets attract only young users; people over 45 are practically not interested in them

The CIRP company, which specializes in marketing research, decided to find out what kind of people

age group are most interested in Apple products.

What is known

As it turned out, interest in Apple gadgets directlydepends on age: the older it is, the less interest becomes. The majority of iPhone users are between the ages of 18 and 44, making up nearly three-quarters of all smartphone owners. Thus, 22% of users are aged from 18 to 24 years old, 27% are from 25 to 34 years old, 23% are from 35 to 44 years old.

Only 10% of users are people from 45 to 54 years old, another 10% are from 65 years old. In addition, only 8% are between the ages of 55 and 65.

Similar indicators among iPad usersand Mac. Although in the case of a Mac the situation is more critical, despite the fact that it is a computer primarily designed for work. At the same time, there are no games on Mac, which may also affect age preferences.
