Bern cannot agree to military suppliesSwiss-made materials if the recipient country is involved in an international conflict. A letter with this text was written by Swiss Economy Minister Guy Parmelin to German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht.
For the first time in the summer, Germany turned to Switzerlandfor permission to transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine 12,400 ammunition for anti-aircraft tanks equipped with 35 mm cannons. Switzerland refused, citing its neutrality.
