Tele2 secretly raised prices

The Russian mobile operator Tele2 faced serious problems in 2020 due to an increase in

the cost of your services. But this apparently taught him nothing, because the company again raised prices secretly from subscribers.

For example, let’s take the “Everywhere Online” tariff. Its main parameters seem to have not changed: we are still offered to pay 450 rubles per month, while receiving 500 minutes and 40 GB. But the devil is in the details. As telecom analyst Alexey Boyko (Telegram channel AbloudRealtime) noted, the operator changed the cost of services after the monthly package was exhausted.

So, if before an additional 500 MB of trafficcost 50 rubles, but now they are already 60 rubles. The same is with additional minutes: in the CIS, Europe (and the Baltic countries) and the rest of the world, the price has risen from RUB 30 / min, RUB 49 / min and RUB 60 / min to RUB 35 / min, RUB 55 / min and 75 rub / min, respectively. There is a possibility that prices have increased on other tariffs, we advise Tele2 subscribers to double-check the terms of service.
