Telegram stickers were found on the Republican list of extremist materials on the website of the Ministry of Information of Belarus.
The document says that Telegram stickers withthe common names "Luka" and "Sasha 3%" were recognized as extremist information products. The court of the Central District of Minsk made such a decision on July 25.

The journalists recalled that Belarus provides for criminal liability for subscribing to extremist and banned Telegram channels. The maximum punishment is up to 7 years in prison.
