Enhanced Autopilot is one of three driving automation features in Tesla electric vehicles. It sits between the base Autopilot option and the top-end Full Self-Drive.
Within 30 days Tesla ownerswill be able to take advantage of several features of the Enhanced Autopilot feature. Among them are automatic rebuilding on the highway, route navigation (without automatic stops at traffic lights and intersections), car parking.
The driver can also remotely controlcar using a smartphone while leaving a parking space. Another feature is called Smart Summon. It allows the car to automatically leave the parking space and drive up to the driver. But for this, the route cannot cross public roads, and the driver must remain within line of sight.
Opening access to Enhanced Autopilot allows you toTesla owners get to know the advanced driver assistance system and save $6,000. This is because feature activation is only available after full payment ($6,000) unlike Full Self-Drive, which can be activated with a $199 per month subscription.
