Tesla received an army of Kuka robots for the production of Cybertruck

A batch of robots has arrived in Texas to help assemble the long-suffering Cybertruck.

Production of the original vehicle was delayed several times, but now Elon Musk is optimistic about the future.

What is known

It is expected that the assembly of cars in Texasthe enterprise will be established by the middle of next year. Kuka industrial robots will help with this. A batch of 66 robotic devices arrived at the Tesla plant.

The American manufacturer will not forceassembly of pickups at first. This may explain the small batch of Kuka robots. Elon Musk claims that Tesla will be able to focus on Cybertruck production only after the Model Y production plant reaches its design capacity. Now the firm in Austin produces only 3,000 cars a week against a target of 5,000 units.
