This year, Honor celebrates the 9th anniversary of the Honor X family, in honor of which the company has prepared an anniversary new product – Honor

X40.The design of the rear panel, which is extremely reminiscent of the Huawei Mate 40, is what the manufacturer calls the “Full Moon Star Ring” (Full Moon Star Ring). Inside the ring there is a pair of cameras: a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel cover. The front of the device is covered 6.67″ waterfall screen made using OLED technology. A 120 Hz frequency, 800 nits of brightness, 10-bit colors and a high-frequency PWM of 1920 Hz are announced, which will not strain the eyes.

At the heart of the Honor X40 is the Snapdragon 695, powered byfrom a 5100 mAh battery with 40 W charging. Other features of the novelty include an under-screen scanner, solid memory configurations and a modest price tag. So, for a basic modification of 6/128 GB, they will ask for 1499 yuan (12,720 rubles). In addition to it, there are options with 8/128, 8/256 and 12/256 GB of memory, offered for 1699, 1999 and 2299 yuan, respectively. On the Chinese shelves Honor X40 will arrive on September 23 in green, black and gradient colors.
