all the main developments of Apple.So, a “dynamic island” was brought here - a pill for the front camera and Face ID sensors, which, by the way, are maximally optimized to minimize space. Programmatically, this area was beaten in such a way that it fits into the system as much as possible - in certain scenarios, it turns into a notification, an information line, or simply into a dialer, which can finally be minimized in iOS 16. The hole itself was placed in the “best display in the history of the iPhone” with a peak brightness of 2000 nits and LTPO technology with a dynamic frequency of 1 to 120 Hz, which, according to Apple, allowed Always On Display to be implemented without significantly compromising autonomy.

Of the entire quartet, only this couple receivedthe latest 4nm A16 Bionic chipset (the iPhone 13 Pro had 5nm). The user can choose from options up to 1 TB. Interestingly, Apple in this generation began to abandon the slot for a physical SIM card - in some regions it will be completely replaced by an eSIM. A set of wireless interfaces, which includes 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, is complemented by a satellite service for sending emergency messages and distress signals.

The second major change is the camera.For the first time, Apple has implemented a 48-megapixel main camera, which, according to the company, can significantly improve shooting in low light conditions due to binning up to 2.44 microns. The main camera uses the second generation of the opto-stub with a sensor shift, all the main features for taking photos and videos are present. In addition, Apple has added a new 12-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera has learned 3x optical zoom. In comparison with the iPhone 13 Pro, the front camera has changed. Now the front camera has autofocus, and the aperture has been increased to f / 1.9.

Contrary to expectations, price increases for the iPhone thisthe year did not happen again - the iPhone 14 Pro starts in the US at $999, and the iPhone 14 Pro Max starts at $1099. Available colors are black, white, gold and purple. The pre-order will open on September 9, and the start of sales will take place on September 16. In Russia, new items will appear on parallel imports.
