The tank was put into service in 2005.The once captured T-80UE-1 belonged to the famous 4th Guards Kantemirovskaya Tank Division. It is a modernization of the T-80BV combat vehicle with a new turret borrowed from the T-80UD and updated equipment.
The main armament is represented by the 22A46M-4 cannon.The tank is also equipped with the Reflex guided missile system, which is designed to eliminate armored vehicles, helicopters, low-flying aircraft at long distances and fortifications.
