The Armed Forces of Ukraine use Polish RGP-40 grenade launchers of 40 × 46 mm caliber at the front

A photograph and video of yet another Western weapon in the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was published on the Internet.

What's on
this time

We are talking about the Polish RGP-40 grenade launcher. This six-round 40mm revolver-type grenade launcher is designed and manufactured by WAT and OBR SM Tarnow for the Polish Armed Forces.

The first prototype of the grenade launcher was created in 2008. It was shown at the MSPO 2008 exhibition in Kielce. The weapon is visually similar to the South African Milkor MGL grenade launcher in the M32 MGL variant.

How many of these grenade launchers the Ukrainian Armed Forces received is unknown.
