The operator of the new system should be the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT), a joint project of USM, Elvis-Plus Group and the state corporation Rostec.
An experiment on marking microelectronics is planned for 2022, and its results will be summed up in the first quarter of 2023.
It is noted that EEE marking is necessary in order to introduce a recycling fee for manufacturers and importers in 2023.
