Dorsey also negotiated the inclusion in the deal ofthe purchase by Elon Musk of the social network of his 2.4% stake in the company, which he owns. Moreover, the co-founder of the social network is on friendly terms with the head of Tesla and supports his acquisition of Twitter.
Dorsey did not advertise his future plans, buthe is known to run Block, which owns the Square payment system, the Cash App money transfer service, and the Tidal music streaming service.
