“The digital system is easy to use.The health worker enters data on the state of the patient, and smart algorithms analyze them and determine the severity. Color hints reflect the result: red and orange - a serious patient, resuscitation or emergency surgery is required. Yellow - observation is necessary, such are routed for further inspection and additional research. Green - stable condition, the patient is being transferred to the diagnostic room of the admission department. The tool significantly speeds up the work of emergency department doctors – it helps to identify patients who need special attention.”
Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.
The digital assistant works in 10 cityhospitals: named after S.I. Spasokukotsky, V.V. Veresaeva, O.M. Filatova, V.V. Vinogradova, I.V. Davydovsky, L.A. Vorokhobov, A.K. Eramishantseva, Research Institute for Sp. N.V. Sklifosovsky, Botkin hospital and MMCC "Kommunarka".
Medical worker during the initial examination of the patiententers into the digital system data on his condition - temperature, blood pressure, respiratory rate, heart rate and saturation, as well as complaints, symptoms and anamnesis. Depending on the reason for the appeal and the characteristics of the course of the disease, the volume of these questions may be different. The duration of the initial assessment of the patient's condition according to the new algorithm takes no more than five minutes.
“Use a digital condition assessment systemwe started incoming patients back in the pandemic. The service has proven to be effective, so we decided to expand the scope of its application - to introduce it in non-covid emergency departments," added the deputy mayor.
Emergency patients whorequire observation, are sent to intensive observation wards, where they are immediately examined by a specialized specialist, additional examinations and constant monitoring of their condition are carried out. Patients in a stable condition are routed to the diagnostic rooms of the admission department.
If earlier the reception of patients in the hospital took placeaccording to the traditional scheme, according to the principle “patient-to-doctor”, now the approach “doctor-to-patient” has been introduced. Now the specialists themselves come to the patients and conduct the necessary research, patients no longer need to go to the doctors' offices. To do this, in the reception department, instead of offices, profile examination rooms were created, equipped with comfortable beds that are separated from each other.
A unified digital platform operates in Moscowhealthcare, which provides personalized management of each patient at all stages: from diagnosis, treatment to follow-up.
