According to the doctor, dried apricots are not useful for the same reason: 100 grams of dried apricots contain at least 55 grams of net carbohydrates, or about 11 tablespoons of sugar.

“People over 60 years of age are very susceptible to type 2 diabetes, because they exhaust the pancreas throughout their lives, towards old age,” Mariyat Mukhina emphasized.
