The expert advised moistening the bed with water to cool. The doctor noted that insomnia in hot weather occurs due to the tension of the body's thermoregulation system.

According to him, you need to wet the sheets, and for nowthey dry up, they will refresh. Also, in the heat, you can use a fan if there is no air conditioning. This will give the desired effect when the air movement is combined with damp sheets.

Buzunov recalled the need to drink enough water in the heat, but warned that such advice is not suitable for people with kidney and cardiovascular diseases.

“You can cool the bed with water. Not quite poured into the bed, but a sheet is taken, urinates with water, and while it dries, it becomes colder, ”the specialist recommended.
