”Proper nutrition is not a limitation, butfull value. Eating habits matter. We will be able to gain the norm of necessary micro- and macronutrients, all nutrients, if we eat the right food. Simple foods are preferred: vegetables, cereals, pasta, meat, fish, eggs, dried fruits, nuts. If a large part of the diet consists of them, there will be no need to eat nasty things, too high-calorie foods and there will be no need to count anything, ”the nutritionist said.
