Izvestia writes that the social network team detected and deleted more than 800 thousand records of the same type about the virus. These posts were distributed in communities as well as through spam mailings.

The press service said that VKontakteconstantly monitors dangerous content, and also blocks users and bots that arrange mass mailings. The social network claims to promptly restrict access to misleading posts.
