POCO today announced the imminent announcement of a new representative of the POCO C series. It will be the POCO C55, tailored for high
performance [for its class] and design. There's nothing to talk about in terms of performance yet, but there's a lot to talk about in terms of design. The first promotional photo of the POCO C55 has been published on social networks, exposing its design and confirming its relationship with the recent Redmi 12C. So, they have a completely identical arrangement of the dual main camera unit, the LED flash for it and the fingerprint scanner next to them. The main difference – rear panel design. In the case of the unannounced POCO, we are talking about pseudo-skin with a seam, which, by the way, was referenced in the first teaser.
If we take the relationship with Redmi 12C as a basis, then POCOC55 will get a large HD + display, MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, 50 + 2MP main camera, 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging and MIUI. It is not yet clear what coverage the POCO C55 will have. Right now, the premiere is announced in India, but this does not mean that there will not be a full-fledged global. We'll see!
