that the world will be engulfed by a pandemic, and our whole life will be inwill literally go online overnight. And most importantly, everyone understood: no matter what happens in the world, learning should not stop. Schools had to adapt, rebuild and master new technologies as quickly as possible. Teachers, parents and children seemed to temporarily find themselves in test mode of the future. And EdTech projects (educational technologies) got the opportunity to assess the situation, analyze all the data and improve their own developments as much as possible. We offer examples of distance education that have already happened to see what we have now and how the learning process may change in the future.
Education will be remote
In 2020, the moment schools in different parts of the Earth switched to distance learning. And it became clear: in theory everything sounded clear and easy, in practice - the majority turned out to be not ready for this.
The first and undisputed leaders in high-speedthe transition to online education was China. In just a few weeks, specialists managed to develop and launch the largest online platform for distance learning. At the same time, 50 million students from different regions of the country can use the platform completely free of charge.
