Cook noted that privacy is one of thethe most serious problems of this century. In his opinion, people should own their data, decide for themselves who can view, store, transfer it. Therefore, Apple focuses on privacy.
A Popular Mechanics writer asked Cook how andwhy health has become such an important focus for the company. He replied that the first were the Apple Watch features that encourage physical activity. “We needed some simple way to encourage people to get up and get moving and exercise,” Cook said. This is how the idea of health rings was born.
“I think that when we look back one day and ask what was Apple’s biggest contribution, it will be health,” concluded the head of the company.
